Description
"M.E.# 1 ME PORT SIDE
Maker: MAK Type: 9M 453 AT 3300HP at 600 RPM"
1.0 Crankshaft deflection: were taken before and after dry-docking.
"M.E.1.5 Turbocharger (T/C) Overhaul
Turbo charger Type: BBC VTR 321, dismantled for "" Complete overhaul "" Cartridge ash blasting Cleaned, painted and Dynamic Balanced.
"" Gear pumps checked "" Bearing exchanged. T/C was Assembled and reffited back to engine."
Adittional repairing and Grinding: were done in all defective turbine blades of turbo charger VTR 321 of M.E. # 1 Port side.
"M.E. # 2 ME STBD SIDE:
2.0 Crankshaft deflection: were taken before and after dry-docking."
"Auxiliary Engine # 1: Machined and Grinded of Four (4) Cylinder heads valves and seats
8 inlet valves.
8 exhaust valves.
8 inlet seats.
8 exhaust seats."
"ER1 Auxiliary Engine # 1 TC (turbo charger):
Dismantled, Cleaned, Inspected, Replaced bearings and seals, painted, Dynamic Balance done, reassembled and refitted back to engine."
"ER2 Auxiliary Engine # 2 TC (turbo charger):
Dismantled, Cleaned, Inspected, Replaced bearings and seals, painted, Dynamic Balance done, reassembled and refitted back to engine."
"ER3 Auxiliary Engine # 3 TC (turbo charger):
Dismantled, Cleaned, Inspected, Replaced bearings and seals, painted, Dynamic Balance done, reassembled and refitted back to engine."
"ER. 4 MAIN AIR RECEIVER (Upper)
dismantled the head, overhauled the valves head block, painted, reassembled, refitted back to receiver and pressure tested to 30.5 Bar."
"ER.5 MAIN AIR RECEIVER (lower):
dismantled the head, overhauled the valves head block, painted, reassembled, refitted back to receiver and pressure tested to 29.5 Bar."
"ER.6 EMC' y or AE STARTING AIR RECEIVER:
dismantled the head, overhauled the valves head block, painted, reassembled, refitted back to receiver and pressure tested to 28.5 Bar."
Repaired auxiliary generator #1,2 and 3 charge air coolers holders.
Repair one additional valve in: ER. 4 MAIN AIR RECEIVER (Upper), ER.5 MAIN AIR RECEIVER (lower), ER.6 EMC' y or AE STARTING AIR RECEIVER.
Auxiliary Engine # 3: Mechanized and Grinded of Four (4) Cylinder heads valves and seats: 8 inlet valves; 8 exhaust valves; 8 inlet seats; 8 exhaust seats. M.E. Cylinder head on Spare: Mechanized for install two exhaust seats, also Mechanized and Grinded the valves and seats.
